Bob's Capon

COMMISSIONED (inadvertently) by Bob Zagers, Clearwater Beach, Florida, USA.
 Bob merely requested a print or poster of the original painting Antico Capon
-which he saw hanging in Venice, Italy, in the Campo Santa Margherita.  I made him this
"original" in response to his statement that some day he "hoped" to gain a keener
appreciation for "abstract" art.  It's much easier to gain an appreciation for original
art in the presence of an "original," felt I (rather than with a poster/print).

This image is a photograph with missing "details"~
because of its' level of resolution~but it provides some
idea of the variations in colour and texture in the original painting.
Such paintings on rice paper are extremely difficult to "capture"
 in the absence of a digital camera.
